Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs
Equipment Under Manufacture’s Warranty:
We will troubleshoot the problem equipment. If it is determined that the equipment needs to be sent out for repair, NEDI service technicians will coordinate the repair of equipment. Once equipment is back from repair, NEDI will test and reinstall the equipment.
If the equipment is out of warranty, NEDI technicians will troubleshoot the problem equipment. You will be notified of the cost to repair the equipment. Once approval has been received, NEDI will coordinate the repair of the equipment. Once equipment is back from repair, NEDI will test and reinstall the equipment.
NEDI will customize our break/fix services to help the individual needs of our customers. We understand that each customer has different service and support requirements. Our on-site customer support and help desk support packages provide you with flexibility to assure maximum up-time. Whether you need help simply replacing a lamp or something more complex , such a programming change, our support team responds quickly to your call.
Our experienced staff technicians are available to help you with maintaining and replacing projector lamps. Our goal is to help you find the lamp you need, make it easy for you to place your order, and provide the support you need.
Our technicians will travel to your school or place of business to perform needed support tasks
